What level is your English? You have 30 minutes and please don't use a dictionary. Please bring this with you to your first day at school.

University Preparation Course
Are you looking for optimal preparation for university? Then our
University Preparation Course is the right course for you.
Qualified English teachers instruct students, like yourself, from all
over the world in a friendly and relaxed familiar environment and prepare you
for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
In addition, this course will provide you with further important skills
you will need for your studies. You will receive an introduction to library
work including the work with online resources and interlibrary loan systems.
You will also get familiar with common techniques for time management. Further
topics to be dealt with are academic essays and research as well as group study
work and presentations which will be a vital part of your study life. Finally
the course will be completed by an introduction to intercultural competence and
essential skills in all areas of life.
· IELTS preparation course (15 lessons per week, 60 minutes each) in
mixed nationality classes where possible
· Additional 10 lessons per week. Possible subjects: introduction to
library work, techniques for time management and selforganization,
presentations, intercultural competence
You must be at least intermediate level.
