You would like to study English in England? Confused about UK visas? We help.
Students from the European union do not need a visa to study English in England. If you are from Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Japan you don't need to apply for a visa before. You get one on arrival in UK. Most other nationalities do. We accept students on student visitor visas.
Do I need a visa ? Check out the Border and Immigration Agency website.
If you are planning on coming to the UK on a student visa there are various requirements you must meet. As a UK education provider we are obliged to ensure we are only recruiting students who are genuinely interested in studying at our school and are not likely to abuse the immigration system.
You can apply as a student visitor if you are 18 years old or over, you want to come and study in the UK for up to 6 months, and you do not want to work while you are here. You can apply for an extended visitor visa for up 11 months.
You cannot switch and apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa while you are in the UK as a student visitor. If you want to apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa, you must apply from the country you live in.
You will not be able to extend your stay in the UK at the end of your course, and you will not be able to work whilst you are here.
We send original visa invitation letters by DHL - £40.
