There are different ways of travelling from the airport to Bournemouth:

If you fly into Bournemouth Airport you can get a taxi to the town centre for approximately £15 (only use the official taxi rank directly outside of the airport please).  Another option is the shuttle bus which will take you to the Travel Interchange for you to then make your own way to your accommodation.  This bus runs hourly throughout the day and costs around £5.  For timetable and list of stops in Bournemouth visit http://www.bournemouth-airport-shuttle.co.uk/

Other options are below:

1. Organise a transfer through the Europa School.  We can book a taxi to come and collect you from the arrivals hall and take you right to the door of your host family. Transfer from Bournemouth Airport to host family/accommodation, one way - £40, Southampton £60, Heathrow and Gatwick £160, Luton £170 and Bristol £180.  Please contact us if you would like us to book a transfer for you.

2. National Express coaches travel from London Airports, Bristol and Exeter to the Bournemouth Travel
Interchange where you will then need to catch a bus or hire a taxi to take you to your accommodation.  Costs one way; Bristol £25, Gatwick £35, Heathrow £26, Luton £40, London City £26, Stansted £26 (All prices approximate guidelines and may be subject to change at time of booking.)  Bookable online at www.nationalexpress.com

3.Train stations are located near most airports also – this will also take you to the Bournemouth Travel Interchange where you will then need to take a bus or taxi to your accommodation.  Approximate costs for one way; Southampton £12, Gatwick £23, Heathrow £23, Bristol £39, Luton £48, Stansted £58.  (All prices approximate guidelines and may be subject to change at time of booking.)  All bookable at www.southwesttrains.co.uk

If you are 16 or 17 years old, then it is our policy that you have to take a transfer to your accommodation from your arrival point, and when you leave a transfer to your point of departure.
