How to market a language school

2012-05-02 10:07 by Graham Meadows (comments: 0)

Graham went on a training course in Winchester yesterday about marketing strategy. There were lots of marketing jobs I do such as social media, brochures, telemarketing, email campaigns, agent visits but it seemed cloudy work. Thanks to the course, I realised that all this is very useful and important and the pinnancle of this work is sales. I learn that it was important to keep records such as number of enquires and how many those become bookings, how many agent enquiries and how many become agents that send us students etc. Looking at how many enquiries against how many bookings I can then see how we may improve our initial exchanges with students and agents. It is true that we should write down a stategy for the year with goals and objectives.
