Privacy Policy

Europa School of English takes your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we ensure information about you is kept confidential.

The information we collect

We collect two types of information through our website: personal information, voluntarily given by you when you submit information through one of our contact forms, and anonymous information (in the form of server log files and cookies) from which an individual cannot be identified.

Personal information

Personal information collected by Europa School of English and our websites is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. We follow strict security procedures and take appropriate measures to ensure that your information is not damaged, destroyed, or disclosed to a third party without your permission and to prevent unauthorised access to it.
We will let you have a copy of all personal information that we have about you should you request it.

We use your contact details to verify your identity, protect against fraud and to contact you for the following reasons:

We will need to use the information you provide in order to process your enrolment. We will need to pass on this information to those involved in providing you with services relating to your language programme, such as the language school or the organisation of transfer services. We will not give away any information we hold about you to anyone else outside our company, unless required to do so by law or any other governmental body. We will never sell, rent, share or trade your email address or other details, and all communications from us will contain a clear "unsubscribe" option.

Anonymous information

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our websites. We may also aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information for internal research purposes only, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We also use cookies to recognise users who have previously visited our websites, or who have arrived at our websites from certain sources such as emails and web adverts. These cookies are used to assist us in providing a more tailored service to our customers, but they do not contain any personal information.
Collecting IP addresses and using cookies are standard practices on the Internet and are carried out automatically by many websites. If you have any further questions relating to this Privacy Policy or how we use the personal information we have about you, please contact us.
