The information we collect
We collect two types of information through our website: personal information, voluntarily given by you when you submit information through one of our contact forms, and anonymous information (in the form of server log files and cookies) from which an individual can not be identified.
Personal information collected by IP International Projects and our websites is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. We follow strict security procedures and take appropriate measures to ensure that your information is not damaged, destroyed, or disclosed to a third party without your permission and to prevent unauthorized access to it.
We will let you have a copy of all personal information that we have about you should you request it.
We use your contact details to verify your identity, protect against fraud and to contact you for the following reasons:
- to notify you about changes or news relating to the programmes about which you have requested information
- to send you information on related services which we think you may be interested in
- to notify you about changes to our web site
- to ask your opinion to help us improve our service
We will need to use the information you provide in order to process your enrolment. We will need to pass on this information to those involved in providing you with services relating to your language programme, such as the language school or the organisation of transfer services. We will not give away any information we hold about you to anyone else outside our company, unless required to do so by law or any other governmental body. We will never sell, rent, share or trade your email address or other details, and all communications from us will contain a clear "unsubscribe" option.
