Activity Programme
We offer a fully supervised Activity Programme seven days a week. Whichever course centre you choose, we will provide you with the activities you like most!
Our language courses and the afternoon and evening activities are integral parts of the language experience and are therefore closely connected. The teachers and supervisors work closely together to maximise the benefits to all our students.
In order to establish a comfortable and safe atmosphere your stay in the centres starts with a welcome meeting, a town walk and a town quiz.
Every afternoon our staff will offer several activity options ranging from sports activities to workshops and trips. You can choose the activity you like most. You normally have the choice between:
The IP Ocean Lounge, our international meeting place, and the heart of each centre where you can meet friends, relax, listen to music, borrow games and equipment, hang out and make plans for the day.
Sports activities: volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, soccer and indoor sports are normally offered in all our centres. Some centres have extra sports facilities were you can play tennis or go swimming. Please check each centre description for details on the sports activities on offer. Whenever we have access to a beach, there will be beach activities like beach volleyball, frisbee, beach ball and Fun Games on offer.
Our Arts and Crafts Workshops offer something for everybody. If you would like to join Arts and Crafts - the staff will show you how to create original memory books, friendship bracelets, henna tattoos or music instruments.
At Open Stage Parties we cast the stars of tomorrow. Everybody can show their special talent like singing, dancing, comedy etc. You can enjoy a meditative pause from your eventful day if you join our Health and Beauty Workshops (essential oils, relaxation and chill-out sessions, nail painting, hair wrapping etc.).
The Evening Events will make your holiday unforgettable. You will feel at home in the centres from the first minute of the Welcome Party where you can try a special welcome drink and learn our fantastic IP Dance.
Take part in Quiz Nights and watch interesting films in their original language at Film Nights!
Theme Nights come with a special motto and can be prepared in the lessons and/or in afternoon workshops (e.g. Casino Nights, Bad Taste Parties, Night of the Proms....).
Open Air Events include a variety of outdoor evening activities like our Cliff Walk, Lights on the Beach, IP BBQs and Olympic Games.
The Open Stage Party comprises all kinds of artistic performances (drama, concerts, singing, playing the piano or the guitar, playback, sketches, Murder Mystery, Fashion Shows). Performances are prepared in the workshops, but also feature brilliant improvisations.
To top your holiday off, we run our famous Farewell Parties every Friday night.
We will also give you the opportunity to discover exciting towns or beautiful landscapes during our Trip Programme: In each centre we offer a choice of half day trips, which have been carefully selected and planned by our staff. You will get two half day trips and one full day trip per fortnight. For every additional week you get one half day trip and one full day trip on top. Most of our excursions start with a guided tour of the respective trip destination and you then have free time to enjoy the trip destination at your own pace.
At the end of your stay, a Farewell Meeting makes sure that you will never forget your stay with us.

- No special skills or equipment are required to join our Activity Programme.
- Entrance fees are normally not included for excursions.
