Supervision and Welfare
Supervision
The safety and welfare of our students is our top priority! Depending on the ages of the students, there is one supervisor responsible for 10 students (10-12 years) or one supervisor for 15 students (13-17 years).
Our Rules and Regulations ensure students' safety in our centres and are in line with the British laws, the specific circumstances of each centre and the age of the students.
All centres have a 24 hours security system in operation and all residences are supervised by our international supervisors. We have close links with local authorities and the police in all our course towns. The supervisors are always on call should an emergency arise.
Students staying in home stay accommodation are treated like members of the household and our hosts care for them when the students are not under the supervision of the staff.
International Teams
The members of our team have been carefully selected for their responsible and caring attitude and for being funny and outgoing. They have been specifically trained to meet the needs of our students. They are the people you can turn to at any time for assistance.
Our staff members are recruited internationally, so that it is likely that most of our students have at least one member of staff who can talk to them in their mother tongue. Of course, all our supervisors are able to express themselves in English. (Further information about the language spoken in the centre will be available prior to departure).
