Visas
If you wish to come to the UK to study and are from a visa national country, you will need to apply for a student visa in your home country. Please contact the British Embassy or Consulate in your country for detailed information. The visa application and approval process can take some time so it is best to apply for a student visa well in advance. If you are under 18 years of age and would like to come and study on a short course at one of our summer centres you will need to apply for a child visitor visa.

A child visitor, who must be under the age of 18, can visit the United Kingdom for up to six months or up to 12 months if they have entry clearance and are accompanying an academic visitor.
